Before joining Coldwell Banker Realty, Cybele served for over a decade at The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, where she helped hundreds of professionals navigate career transitions. Known for her ability to listen closely and solve problems effectively, she earned the Outstanding Staff Member Award three years in a row—an honor voted on by graduating law students.

Cybele’s passion for community service runs deep. From leading diversity and inclusion efforts at the Columbus Bar Association, to directing the Captain Jonathan D. Grassbaugh Veterans Project, she has always focused on helping others—especially Veterans and underserved communities. Her leadership on international, national and local boards, including the National Association for Law Placement, Equal Justice Works, Westerville Uptown Review Board, and the Genoa Township Board of Zoning Appeals, has kept her deeply connected to the evolving needs of Central Ohio residents, while honing her ability to listen, lead and get things done. She comes from a family that values it's diverse perspectives and backgrounds, and has had the privilege of working with people from all walks of life.
